Phifer Fitness offers a variety of training options for your convenience and for optimal results. Because each person has individual needs, Phifer Fitness offers flexibility on packaging and pricing to accommodate you. We believe frequency and consistency are keys to your success. Phifer Fitness has deliberately structured its fees to give an incentive to those clients who work out more frequently.

Monthly Packages
For those who have made the commitment and dedicated themselves to their personal fitness regiment, monthly packages are a quick and convenient way to purchase personal fitness training sessions. Monthly packages are now available for both the 30-minute and 60-minute sessions. Monthly Package payments are made on the first of each month. Failure to provide 24 hours’ cancellation notice will result in a charge for the missed session. Every effort will be made to reschedule an appointment in that same week.

Single Sessions
Single sessions are available in both 30-minute and 60-minute increments. Failure to provide 24 hours’ cancellation notice will result in a charge for the missed session. Every effort will be made to reschedule an appointment in that same week.
